Cena Embraces Hate (RAW Ep978 reviewed)

WWE RAW began with Kane announcing that Cena will embrace the hate and that someone will take a ride in the ambulance.

RAW would then have an Elimination Chamber debate. CM Punk would begin by mouthing off to Lauranaitis. He finished off by stating he was the best in the world. Dolph would have the floor going on about how great he is. Truth then popped in saying some insane gumbo. Miz then had the floor, he started by going on about his Wrestlemania success. He then went on to insult all his opponents. Kofi then spoke saying he was overlooked and will become more well known and will walk out as achampion. Lastly Jericho would begin talking. He would insult the crowd and bragged about his success with the elimination chamber. Jericho then would size up to Punk, before being hit with the trouble in paradise.

Jericho would compete against Kingston, still a bit weary from the blow he had suffered. Kofi exploded with offense getting the upper-hand over Jericho.  Jericho changed the game with a powerbomb to Kofi who was hitting the famous 10 strikes in a row. Kofi tried to build up some momentum but was countered by Jericho, who put Kofi in the Walls of Jericho. Jericho argued with the ref, which let Kofi hit the trouble in paradise. this resulted in a two count. Jericho would hit a thumb to the eye, after the ref pulled Kofi off Jericho and finished with the code-breaker for the win.

I did enjoy this match, highflying Kofi who seemed more pumped than ever, but nice to see a Jericho win. I also enjoyed the return of Jericho's catch phrase; "Do You Understand What I Am Saying To You Right Now?" Jericho FTW.

Dolph vs R-Truth would begin with Dolph sriking at Truth and slowing down his momentum by tossing him into the ring post. He would then show off with sit ups. R-Truth would grab Ziggler and grabbed a roll up for the win.

Compared to the Jericho match, I was a bit disappointed to the quality and the way it ended. Ziggler can wrestle and shouldn't lose that quick with showcasing some in ring ability.

This match began with some technical wrestling between the two, which I would expect from Miz and Punk. Miz would gain control by grounding Punk. Punk would deliver a devastating kick knocking Miz down, Punk then picked up the pace with what was becoming his signature comeback. Miz countered a GTS and hit his own signature comeback. Punk countered with a snap powerslam. Punk countered a superplex by Miz and completed the comeback with his elbow. Miz countered the GTS, but was then reversed by Punk into the anaconda vice for the win.

This is what I like to see. Great in ring match between the two, lots of technical counters and offense, Best match of the night.

Backstage Cena and Zack were talking, Zack wanted to give Eve a bunch of flowers. Cena said to Zack to remain in the locker room, and Cena would get Eve to come to him, as Kane was on the loose.

Later John would have an interview but before he could say a word, he ran off to save Eve who had be put into an ambulance by Kane. Kane got in to the drivers seat and began driving off. Eve jumped out and passionately kissed Cena. The two then noticed Zack Ryder, who was appalled by their actions.

Finally that night Cena came down apologizing to Zack, but stating that he has not embraced the hate but rises above it. Zack made his way to the ring pushing Cena and slapping him. Cena blocked a punch and held a fist ready, he met a great boo from the crowd for this. Zack left to get back into his wheelchair, on the stage, Kane appeared on the titantron, saying that he sunk to depths that Kane could only dream off, and that Cena has embraced the hate. He said that he will not be seen after Chamber until Mania. Kane then ran to the stage and pushed Ryder, in the wheel chair off the stage.

I was amazed at how the wheel chair closed perfectly, Ryder does play the injured, helpless victim well doesn't he? I was glad that Cena has embraced hate, now all that needs to happen is Rock to whoop his ass at mania and that will be great.

Tamina would take on brie bella, where Brie would gain the advantage with attacks. Tamina would counter a reverse neck breaker into a Samaon drop. She then hit the superfly for the win.

I'll just say this was incredibly short, but hot with the bellas outfit.

Elsewhere, Otunga congratulated Lauranaitis on his return, but mentioned the fact he was interim, not permanent. He also proposed the fact that he could be GM of RAW and Smackdown.

Well well, could T-Lo be in trouble?

Smackdown would come to RAW with the rivalry of Orton and Big Show following last week on Smackdown (READ THE REVIEW IF YOU MISSED IT). D-Bry would sit ring side for the match. Big Show would dominate Orton from the beginning , Orton would return with strikes, but be countered with a side slam. Orton would counter Show's assault with a sleeper hold. Show would break this and build momentum. Big Show would be stopped in his tracks with a dropkick. Show would then be hit with a spike DDT from the top rope.Orton would then hit an RKO on Show, D-Bry would then bash Orton from behind with the title and then Show.

I enjoy this rivalry, Not with Orton in it, he has Wade Barrett, WWE are trying to build him up by putting him into a big rivalry Smackdown has, I believe this will ruin it, Need something to do with Orton, turn him heel. The match was good, but I felt again it was to promote Orton, I am sick of his promotion, I'd prefer him as heel, and wouldn't mind it, but not as a face.

HBK, Shawn Michaels would return to RAW to confont the Game about accepting the challenge with Undertaker. Triple H was reluctant but told Shawn he refused because The Undertaker was a brand and ending his streak would be bad for business. Shawn then demanded that Triple H look him in the eye and tell him that Triple H did not want to end the streak. Triple H hesitated but did so. Undertaker would then play the same promo like last week, except cutting his hair.

I got a feeling from this that the Game could be turning heel. He is becoming a corporate suit, like McMahon. But a part from that, I enjoyed the return of HBK, but it is obvious that the Game will challenge Taker, win and Taker will then retire, well be made immortal according to his promo, BTW why has he cut his hair?

Overall I would rate RAW: 5/10
1) Bella match
2) Jericho vs Kofi
3) Ambulance match promo
4) Cena embraced hate
5) First ever Elimination Chamber Debate

Jericho stole the Show (RAW Reviewed ep 977)

RAW began with the Game Triple H coming down to the ring. He announced that he was out to fire Mr Lauranaitis, however he appealed his case with the board, so that they could fully review his performance, and that they would make a decision as early as tomorrow morning. The Game then addressed the return of Taker. He announced that last week he didn't feel about taker the same, he felt sorry for Taker. The Game wanted to remember The Taker who dominated his opponent and struck fear into all. He did not want to remember Taker as a shell of his former self. Triple H then announced that he refused his challenge at Wrestlemania 28. the lights would then go out and Taker would have a little movie play during the titantron, featuring him and Triple H at Wrestlemania 27, and numerous voice overs of "He was unable to walk out under his own power" by Triple H and Taker's voice saying "This is not over" and "My victory over you (Triple H) means nothing".

My opinion of this is great storyline developing, but I guarantee The Game is going to compete at Mania against Undertaker, he will then win, so Taker can "remain at peace". I was amazed at how long the match went with Taker, but compared to his other mania matches, he was getting on. The Game will win at Mania, thus giving him a major accomplishment, ending the streak, as The Game is getting on as well, I believe that the games career is also coming to an end as a wrestler, what is there for him to do after the streak?

The first match of the night would be D-Bry vs Big Show, D-Bry would be accompanied by AJ who was still wearing her neck brace. Big Show would begin pummeling Bryan with clubs, headbutts and body slams. D-Bry would counter and gain the advantage with a running dropkick to Big Show's knee. D-Bry would focus his offense on this knee until Big Show made a big comeback with a big spear. Show  would try to chokeslam D-Bry but would counter into a submission and climb the rope. D-Bry would climb down from the top rope, Show would knock Bryan off the apron, he then was stopped by AJ, who would protect Bryan, Show would turn back to the ring, D-Bry would take advantage by hitting a chop block. Big Show would try to clothesline Bryan, but stopped before hitting AJ, Show would get back into the ring while D-Bry would bring AJ to the stage, losing him the match.

Post match D-Bry would say that the time he ran into AJ, was on purpose, because he stopped in the match. D-Bry then announced that at Elimination Chamber, he would still be champion.

I have to say that I really enjoyed this match, despite being a promo. This reminded me of the match these to had on Smackdown, which ended in DQ. It was getting good, but they pull in a storyline. I am enjoying this story between Show and D-Bry, writers have done a nice job, as usually these stories get stale, but this one seems interesting. I am expecting Bryan to win Chamber, then defend against Sheamus, Although I would love for Show to finally win it. I do also think Wade Barrett may win the title, as he and Sheamus have had a rivalry before, but Sheamus could challenge for the WWE championship. Great job in this match. What title do you think that Sheamus will challenge for?

Next would be David Otunga expressing his thoughts on Lauranaitis, and hoped that he would return to RAW. Justin Roberts announced that Triple H had made a match between Otunga and the Great White Sheamus. Sheamus would grab Otunga and attempt to hit the high cross, but Otunga would slip out of his jumper to escape. A game of cat and mouse ensued around the ring, however Sheamus would grab Otunga and hit the Irish Hand grenades. Otunga would make a shortt comeback with a DDT, however this would be ended with a Brogue kick.

An obvious and humorous jobber match to promote Sheamus for Mania. I do hope Lauranaitis does return, but not as a GM, he needs some training on the mic and how to react to moves, he did a terrible job of a GTS reaction, he just lay there, unlike others who struggle to try and get out. Will he return?

Chris Jericho would come down to the ring to explain what he meant by the end of the world as we knew it. He would say that it would be the end of the era of liars and frauds. He stated that all the WWE superstars and universe were Jericho wannabes. He also stated that he made all of the WWE superstars obsolete with his return, and didn't say a word. As He had done moves in the ring that no one had seen, which Kofi Kingston copied with his new moves. Dolph copied him by entering with Vickie, while he entered with Stephanie McMahon. He stated that the Miz copied him by wearing suits and talking slow, which he did on his return before this one. He stated that he said "Shut the hell up" before R-Truth began saying what's up. He stated that he had called himself the best in the world at what he does before CM Punk began saying he was the best in the world. CM Punk would come down to the ring and instead of saying anything, held the title high and turned around to show his "the best in the world" Punk would then exit the ring which angered Jericho who demanded Punk to talk to him.

Jericho mentioned Stephanie McMahon's name, as he is heel, I would love for her to return and create a faction with Jericho. Also if the Game does defeat Taker, there is an opportunity for him to turn heel, as he got a bad reaction from the crowd at the end of his segment. This would be epic. I agree with Jericho he has done all those things and more, Punk is very similar to Jericho, but has slight differences that make him unique. I personally want Jericho to win, because this could set up a major heel faction, who do you want to win, not think will win, want to win and state why?

Randy Orton would tag team up with Elimination Chamber opponent The Great Khali against Cody Rhodes and Wade Barrett. Randy would quickly gain the advantage over Rhodes and tagged forcefully to Khali. Khali would get in, while Rhodes tagged Barrett. Khali still gained control over Barrett, He then almost knocked Orton of the apron with a forceful tag. Orton would stare down Khali, which enabled Wade to gain and opening. He and Cody would tag out and gain control of the match up, isolating Orton. Orton would battle back setting up a hot tag, however instead hit his signature comeback. Khali would tag himself in, Cody attempted to hit a disaster kick however met a chop which earned Khali the win. Orton would express his discontent, Khali would grab Orton by the throat but met an RKO.

Orton is being incredibly promoted and Khali is having some promotion on him as well. Smackdown's chamber will feature two story-lines involving D-Bry and Show, and Barrett and Orton. The match between the two promotes every man himself for the Chamber Match. I laughed so hard when Orton got a massive blind tag from Khali, nice one Khali. I so wish Orton would return to heel, he was epic as heel.

The next match would be Eve, Kelly Kelly, Tamina & Alicia Fox vs The Bella Twins, Natalya & Beth Phoenix. Eve and Beth would start off, with Beth quickly gaining control with her strength. She tagged in a Bella twin forcefully. Nikki would mouth off to Beth which allowed Eve to tag in Tamina, Tamina climbed the top rope, while Kelly and Alicia pulled Briecof the apron, Tamina would finish the match with a Superfly splash.

I was disappointed that Kane did not appear during this match, but great Divas competition

Later that that Lauranaitis would go into Triple H's office announcing that he would accept the boards decision. He also announced that HBK, Shawn Michaels would return. Lauranaitis would also announce a match for Chamber that was approved by the board, Cena vs Kane in an ambulance match. Lauranaitis would then be interviewed by Josh Mathews, he said that the board will look past his mistakes. He also announced that the board won't want a coward running Monday Night Raw, as The Game refused Taker's Challenge.

If anyone saw Shane vs Kane Survivor Series 2003, then you will be looking forward to this, now Kane never electrocuted John or Tombstoned his mum on the stage, like he did with Shane, but Kane makes this match so good. I am really excited about Chamber now that this match is on.

The main event would be a six pack challenge, after Justin Roberts botched up the rules, The match began with all members, except punk ganging up on Jericho, from his comments before, The match broke down to heels vs Face Punk vs Miz, Truth vs Kofi vs Ziggler. Jericho would try to get back in but be kicked out by Miz, The ring would be cleared after Truth hit a senton, landing on his coxes rather than hitting Miz, Kofi followed with a outside dive, Ziggler would be showing off in the ring until Punk took control. Truth would be helped out the ring due to missing the Miz, Dolph and Miz wouls focus on Punk, Punk would be able to handle the two men, hitting anaconda vices on both men, Kofi would break up the second hold on Ziggler but would be thrown out shortly after, this left Punk and Jericho in the ring, The two exchanged words until Miz and Ziggler attacked the two. Punl would assualt Ziggler and set up a superplex, this was hit with Jericho and Miz who hit a powerbomb on Punk as well. Jericho and Miz both got a cover at the same time, this ended in a two count, Punk and Ziggler rolled out while Miz attempted a Skull Crushing Finale, Kofi would hit Miz with the trouble in paridise, knocking Miz out the ring. This lead to Jericho fighting Kofi in the ring. Momentum switched between the two, Jericho would lock in the walls of Jericho, Punk quickly broke this up, Jericho would be knocked out the ring, Punk hit the GTS on Ziggler, Jericho would pull Punk out the ring and throw Punk over the announce table, and get the win on Ziggler. This meant that Jericho enters the Chamber last.

Lastly Kane intimidated Eve backstage, he said that he wants Cena wo embrace the hate, he was afraid of himself as to what he would do to anyone who would get in his way

The match was a change from 6 man tag matches. I assumed Jericho would win this match, especially since he spent most of the match outside. It was clearly obvious at the end of the match that that was how he would win. Truth did suffer an injury from a badly placed dive, I hope that he will be at Elimination Chamber. Finally for the first time Cena was not on RAW, a nice change.

Overall I would rate this week: 8/10
1) D-Bry vs Show
2)Kane promo
3)Ambulance match announced
4)Taker's promo
5)Triple H humorous quotes
6)Jericho promo and win
7)Diva match
8)No Cena on RAW!

Taker Retuns To Raw (WWE RAW EP 976 Reviewed)

RAW would begin with the Interim General Manager, John Lauranaitis who would announce that he would be looking forward to his performance review. He also announced that he was confident that he wpuld be named the permanent GM of RAW. He then announced the Elimination Chamber match for the WWE Championship. CM Punk would defend his title against Kofi Kingston, Dolph Ziggler, The Miz, R-Truth and Chris Jericho. He announced that Beth will take on Eve for the championship, Kofi would take on The Miz, Randy Orton would take on Dolph Ziggler, Daniel Bryan would take on CM Punk. Punk would then interrupt him. Punk would go round singing nah nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah nah nah, hey heeey hey good by clown shoes. Punk would go on to point out Lauranaitis's flaws, Lauranaitis would offer Punk a chance to clean the slate, Punk would tell Johnny that offering that hand to the best wrestler in the world would get the GTS. D-Bry would come down bragging about his victory at Royal Rumble, and he would insult Punk, saying he wasn't much of a challenge. Sheamus would come down to remind everyone that he won the rumble and that he had the right to challenge either the WWE Champion or The World Heavyweight Champion. He finished by reminding Lauranaitis that he would be Fired and that Triple H would be that man to do so.

Backstage Lauranaitis would be sucking up to his talent, patting them on the back and shaking there hand. He would then talk to Otunga, Otunga said that he had done everything he could to influence the decision.

Lauranaitis would come down to the ring at the end of the night to have his performance reviewed. John would talk about the review he gave himself, Triple H would then interrupt and say that Lauranaitis made himself a star rather than be a GM. Lauranaitis said as Triple H looked to say he need to replacement, and said he would do anything. Triple H said that he should apologize, which he did, but the fans decideed it wasn't good enough. He suggested that he fights in a gauntlet match, but then suggested to have John kiss his ass, John got to his knees and put chap stick on, Triple H just laughed. Triple H was just about to fire Lauranaitis when Taker's entrance began. Lauranaitis left the ring while the Triple H and Taker stood face to face again.Taker would then stare at the Wrestlemania sign, before doing a cut throat taunt Triple H, simbolizing he issued the game with a challenge, Triple H would pat Taker on the back, meaning he does not wish to challenge him.

I was so looking forward to Johnny getting the boot, but was surprised to see Taker so soon. I wasn't happy with the silent challenge, as it was the same thing from last year. I thought the game would accept the challenge, as Taker stated that he wants the Game to end his streak and so Lauranaitis would stay on RAW, as Triple H still had one personal reason. I now think that Taker is going to keep issuing the Challenge to Triple H, and he will have his streak ended this year, by the game, so he can retire.

Wade Barrett would watch from his sky-box the match between Randy Orton vs Dolph Ziggler. A match between Randy and Barrett would take place. Barrett said that he would finish the job this Friday. Dolph would win the lock up getting a few shots in, Randy would counter an Irish whip, but Ziggler would hold onto the rope to show off. Randy would take control with a headlock take over. Dolph would battle back with an elbow, reversing Orton running towards him and followed up with a dropkick. Randy would battle back reversing a sleeper hold, Randy picked up momentum, until another dropkick by Ziggler had Randy down again/Ziggler continued to show off, Ziggler went up top, until Orton knocked Ziggler's leg, having Ziggler on the top turnbuckle. Orton would hit a superplex but only getting a 2 count. Rabdy again picked up some momemtum, with his signature combo. Ziggler countered with a sleep hold, however Orton would escape, After various 2 counts by both competitors, Ziggler hit anther sleeper hold, Orton would again counter. Orton would hit Ziggler with the RKO after a spike DDT for the win.

I am not an Orton fan, I prefer Orton as a heel, but I will give him gratitude in this match. Ziggler is always very impressive in the ring. This match good, but I thought it was shorter than previous matches involving Ziggler and D-Bry. I have two theories for this, 1) Fatigue from last night. 2) More time for the Lauranaitis possible getting fired segment.

Funkasaurus would take on Tyler Reks. Brodus would dominate Brodus, until Reks began coming back with strikes,  this only pumped Brodus  up who would finish Reks with the What the Funk.

I wish the matches between Brodus and jobbers would last a lot longer. As Brodus only appears to use 5 moves, I wanna see what else this guy can do. The match was like his previous matches.

Backstage CM Punk and Bryan would have a segment where Bryan would quickly summarize what a vegan is and Punk would summarize what Straight Edge is, he then would finish that unlike Bryan, he didn't claim to be a role model, but he was the best wrestler in the world.

The match between Bryan and Punk would begin with D-Bry taking control with a dropkick. D-Bry continued the pressure with strikes, CM Punk would return strikes and gain control with submission holds. Bryan countered a leg drop and delivered numerous strikes. Punk would gain control throwing D-Bry over the top rope, however D-Bry would still be in control, as D-Bry threw Punk into the timekeeper area, D-Bry would still have control in the ring. Punk countered a headlock into a back suplex. This gave Punk the oppening to build up some offense. D-Bry would make a comeback, flipping over Punk, but both men would hit a cross body knocking both men down. Bryan would take control of Punk with a dropkick to the back of Punk's arm. D-Bry would go to the top rope, this gave Punk the oppening to hit a top rope Huracarana, which allowed him to build up some offense and attempt to hit the GTS, Bryan reversed and escaped the ring, Bryan would take control with forearm to an attempted suicide duve by Punk. Bryan still retained control, despite numerous roll-ups by Punk. Punk would counter with a headbutt and hit  a diving elbow. Bryan would counter the second GTS, into a roll-upo immediately following up with the lebell lock, to which Punk escaped. Jericho would drag D-Bry out the ring and throw him into the barricade, he then hit
Punk with a codebreaker.

What a match, absolutely the best match of the night. Shame it ended the way it did. But I guess this allows Jericho to be a new rival for Punk and D-Bry to continue bragging.

Mike Tyson would be the next inductee in the 2012 Hall of Fame.

I don't like these celebrities who have a small dosage of WWE TV time, and get inducted into the Hall of Fame. Don't get me wrong, Tyson was an absolute star in Boxing, that is what he should be inducted into, Boxing, he wasn't a wrestler.

R-Truth would be on commentary for the match between Kofi vs The Miz. Miz would come down bragging about how he lasted 45 minutes in the Rumble and that he would headline Wrestlemania.

The match between The two began very technical, The Miz however caught Kofi and began dominating him with strikes, and preventing Kofu from building up momentum.Kofi finally reversed and hit a huge massive cross body. The two would reverse each others signatures and finishers. Kofi avoided Miz's corner splash and followed up with the trouble in paradise.

This as well was a very decent match, Kofi gradually picked up some offense after Miz dominated, rather than a quick comeback for the win.
Eve would take on Beth, however Eve would be looking over her shoulder during her entrance, to see if Kane was about. Eve would strike Beth in the corner, Beth would deliver a clothesline, after the referee pulled Eve off of her. Beth immediately went for the Glam Slam for the win.

Post match Kane put out a message, saying that Kane would continue his assault on to Ryder until Cena embraces the hate, and that Cena cannot beat Kane or The Rock. Kane then entered the ring, Cena ran down to her aid, they both pummeled each other to the outside, Cena would seem to gain the edge after throwing Kane into the stairs. Cena would then pick up and hit Kane with the stairs 3 times.Cena then cleared the announce table and set Kane up for the AA, however Kane would escape the hold and retreat through the crowd.

This seems an awesome rivalry, but is obviously going to end at Elimination Chamber, Cena will win and then go to Mania against the Rock. WWE obviously have abandoned the idea of having the WWE title on the line for this. As this was a promotion for the rivalry, and was a short match.

Overall I would rate RAW 9/10

1) Taker Return
2) WWE YouTube Channel announced!
3) CM Punk vs D-Bry
4) Miz vs Kofi
5) R-Truth funny commentary
6) Triple H return

8)Cliffhanger
9)Orton vs Barrett match announced

WWE ROYAL RUMBLE 2012

WWE Royal Rumble 2012 would be the 25th anniversary of this PPV. This year we would have 30 year royal rumble, WWE & World Heavyweight Championship would be on the line. Two opponents would fight in a match built on revenge.

The First Match would be a great way to kick of Royal Rumble. It would be the World Heavyweight Championship Triple Threat Match, inside a STEEL CAGE. The way to win is Pin Fall, Submission and Escaping the Cage.

This would be Bryan's second world heavyweight title match contested in a steel cage. Mark Henry would compete despite his knee injury he suffered on Smackdown.

Bryan would get speared by Big Show, taking him out for a while why Show and Mark Battled. Big Show had Mark Henry between the ropes and the Cage and ran into him repeatedly. D-Bry tried to escape, but was body slammed by Big Show. Big Show would dominate throwing D-Bry around. Show punched the cage missing D-Bry with the WMD. Big Show would be countered by D-Bry delivering a running kick to Shows knee. D-Bry turned his attention to Mark, kicking him. D-Bry attempted to escape through the door; Mark would stop him, and assault Bryan with the Cage. Mark turned his attention to the Big Show, but would be kicked to the ground by Show, Show then turned to Bryan throwing him into the cage repeatedly. D-Bry would then be pummelled with clubs by Show and dominated him again. Show and Mark then exchanged strikes, until Mark took control with a clothesline to Show. Mark would then throw D-Bry around and miss a ram to Bry hitting the Cage, and then speared by Big Show D-Bry tried to get a pin on Mark, but Mark kicked out. Show would then throw D-Bry into the cage again. Show tried to chokeslam D-Bry, but D-Bry countered with a tornado DDT. He got a two count, and then locked in the Lebell lock, but Mark broke the hold. Mark then threw D-Bry into the cage, following up with a World's strongest slam, Show would hit Mark before he hit the move with the WMD, Big Show would get a two count, when D-Bry broke the count, he immediately climbed the cage to get away from Show, but Show grabbed him. D-Bry was pulled up the cage, however D-Bry broke the grip of the Big Show and D-Bry retained the title.

What a great match to kick off the rumble. I thought this was an awesome match. Mark Henry did more than I expected in his current condition. Big Show and Bryan were the focus of the match, which was good, as the storyline is making Smackdown a must watch. The end was awesome, Big Show is a tough guy, as he actually lifted Bryan, Bryan did not use the cage to help Show, and he actually lifted him, which was awesome. D-Bry was pretty good, in ring, but the man of the match had to be Big Show.

The next match would be an 8-Divas tag team match. The Bella twin, Natalya & Beth Phoenix vs Kelly Kelly, Eve, Alicia Fox & Tamina.

Tamina would take on Natalya at the get go, Tamina would go for a Samoan drop, but reversed. They would exchange slaps, and Eve would be tagged in, she would hit her moonsault splash. But would be pushed into the opposition corner, where Beth would be tagged in. Beth would take control with a reversal. Beth tagged into a bella who would continue the pressure on eve. The Bella twin, applied a rear chin hold, this built up momentum for Eve to tag into Alicia would build up some offense. The Bella would reverse and take control with an flip arm slam. Alicia would build up some momentum and tag to Kelly, who then would build up some offense. The Divas would begin to brawl outside, which let Kelly hit a diving cross body. Kelly put a Bella twin in the ring, but would be countered with a hot shot; Beth aggressively tagged herself in, and hit the Glam Slam for the win.

This match was a slot filler and that was what it was. There was little rivalry between the divas, apart from Tamina and Natalya. But the ending was good, as I believe Beth is becoming a major Diva again, hopefully reprising the Diva Division.

Backstage, Zack Ryder would wheeled around with a brace on. Lauranaitis would talk to Zack, Eve however gave Lauranaitis a piece of her mind, saying she hopes he is fired on RAW.

The next match would be between Kane and John Cena. "Kane stated that Cena would embrace the hatred by the Rumble. John refusing to do this has caused his friends around him to suffer" to quote Michael Cole.
Cena started swinging fists, but Kane quickly took control with a back elbow. Kane would then land numerous strikes, Cena battled back, clotheslining Kane outside, Kane landed on his feet. Kane dragged Cena through the ropes and tried to Irish whip him into the stairs, Cena would counter and send Kane in. Kane would get back in the ring, where Cena would attempt to deliver an AA to Kane, but would fall forward, giving Kane an opening. Kane would continue his assault on Cena with strikes and holds trying to wear Cena down. Cena tried to battle back, but Kane would regain control with an upper-cut. Kane would try to get the win with a suplex, but got a two count, Kane quickly applied another hold to wear down Cena.  Cena broke the hold and tried to build up some offense, but Kane again delivered a Right hand to gain control. Kane would then put some assault on Cena in the corner, Cena countered and attempted to land a bulldog, Kane threw Cena off him. Cena would create an opening with a hot shot to Kane, but Kane would hit a clothesline, then attempting to hit the suffocation hold on Cena, he locked it and brought Cena to his knees. Cena reversed with a cross face, Kane would escape and hit a side slam. Kane went up top, to hit his flying clothesline, he hit Cena clean with it and then went for his Chokeslam. John would then have a comeback setting Kane up for the 5-knuckle shuffle. Kane however grabbed him by the throat and hit a big boot, after Cena released the throat hold; this resulted in a two count. Kane would build up some offense with strikes in the corner, before lifting Cena on the turnbuckle. Kane tried to suplex Cena but was knocked down. He then went for a top rope 5-Knuckle Shuffle. John the tried to hit an AA, but Kane escaped with an elbow, Cena hit a drop kick to the knee, knocking Kane over, Kane pushed Cena outside and began attacking Cena outside. The match would end in double count out.

Cena would then take advantage hitting Kane with an object the fight lead backstage, where Kane slammed Cena’s head and hit an upper-cut. Cena would fight back throwing Kane into some trash. Kane would return with a chair to the gut then follow up with 3 chair shots to the back. Kane then went into Zack Ryder's Room where, he hit a suffocation hold on Zack then wheeled him out and to ring, he kicked Ryder around, Eve ran down and begged Kane to stop. Kane took no notice and delivered a tombstone Piledriver to Ryder. Kane turned his attention to Eve, Cena then came down to her aid, however Kane would chokeslam Cena and leave the ring.

The match was very one sided. But I am glad that it ended in a double count out. The post-match was the best part, a great fight backstage and leaving questions that we hope to find out. What will happen with Cena and Kane? My answer is it will be settled at Elimination Chamber. I enjoyed that Kane actually reigned supreme in the post-match, as he completely dominated Cena, it would have been a shame if he was defeated.

Drew McIntyre would take on "Funkasaurus" Brodus Clay. Clay would begin by giggling, McIntyre would deliver numerous strikes to Clay, however this seemed to be pumping up Clay, Clay would counter with a head but, followed by a T-Bone suplex. He hit a running splash in the corner and hit the What the Funk for the win.

I thought that Brodus Clay would actually be a participant, I guess they still want to continue the promotion of Clay, I guess that it is for merchandise. I wonder when Drew will be “Fired” as he has had a final warning about three to four times. I am enjoying the storyline, but want it to turn its course. The match was a jobber match which I am a bit unhappy about.

Next up would be the WWE Championship Match.  This would be contested between CM Punk and Dolph Ziggler. The referee for this match would be John Lauranaitis, who was having an on-going feud with CM Punk. He announced he would intentionally be biased towards Dolph, and the RAW before the rumble, Punk would hit Lauranaitis with the GTS.

Laranaitis announced that he would officiate outside the ring and a WWE official referee would officiate the inside of the ring. Before the match began, Lauranaitis would eject Vickie Guerrero from ring side, as Punk won a match where the stipulation was that Swagger and Vickie were banned from ring side.
The two would lock up, Ziggler went for a knee, Punk dodged and attempted a GTS, Ziggler escaped. The two locked up again, Punk would deliver kicks and build up some speed, however when Punk went for the kick to the back of the head, Ziggler held onto the ropes. Punk and Ziggler would lock  up a third time, where Punk would almost lock in the anaconda vice, but Ziggler escaped. The fourth lock up, Punk would lock in the abdominal stretch and deliver repeated blos to Ziggler. He then hit Ziggler with a hot shot and followed up with a outside dive. Punk would go up top, giving Ziggler an opening where Punk fell of the turnbuckle, banging the back of his neck on the turnbuckle. Dolph would take control, unleashed numerous stomps and strikes, he then knocked Punk into the referee, which knocked the referee outside. Punk would then lock in the Anaconda Vice, Ziggler Tapped out, however the referee didn’t see, Lauranaitis attended to the referee outside. Punk would then argue with the referee, Ziggler tried to get a roll-up, but Punk would reverse getting a four count, however the referee was still down. Lauranaitis would argue again with Punk, Punk would then hit the GTS, as Lauranaitis pushed the referee back into the ring and tried to wake him up, Punk swung Ziggler’s leg into Lauranaitis’s head, knocking him out the ring. Punk would cover, but the referee was still down. Punk would then attempt to hit another GTS, but Ziggler countered into a leg lariat, this was counted but only scored a two count. Punk would then counter Ziggler into a slingshot, Ziggler bounced off the turnbuckle setting up the GTS for Punk to win.

I thought this was the best match of the night, except for the rumble match. Amazing in ring skills by both competitors, a lot of actual wrestling involved, beautiful counters. Amazing match. I was surprised that Lauranaitis didn’t screw Punk, even when he got hit in the back of the head by Ziggler’s foot when Punk set up the first GTS.

The Royal Rumble match would feature numerous participants.

I honestly thought that Jericho would win it, making him a WWE Champion, World Heavyweight Champion, ECW Champion, WCW Champion and a Royal Rumble Winner. Sadly he did not make the win. Sheamus I predicted to win, as he has dominated his way on WWE recently, this will top it off.

My favourite bits from the Rumble is Ricardo’s crap car entrance in the style of Alberto Del Rio, the three announcers each entered the Rumble. Road Dogg’s return, Kharma’s return, Mr Socko vs the Cobra and The Finale between Jericho and Sheamus, back and forth, I was very hesitant to who would win.

This was an awesome PPV. I really enjoyed it and cannot wait until RAW.

Jericho Speaks! (Raw Reviewed Ep 975)

WWE RAW would kick off with CM Punk would would talk about Mr Lauranaitis's actions last week, where he admitted he would screw Punk at the Rumble, and blasted Mick Foley with the mic. John Cena would interrupt Punk to also address Lauranaitis about his lack of consideration to Long Island I C Zack Ryder's injuries. He also stated that he wished to compete against Kane one on one before the Rumble, and that tonight Mr Lauranaitis would resign as interim GM. Big Johnny would interrupt announcing Zack would face Kane in a falls count anywhere match (If Cena interfered, Zack would never get a US title rematch) He also announced that Punk and Cena would compete against Dolph and Swagger.

The match began with Cena vs Ziggler, John would make a quick tag to Punk.who would show Ziggler who's boss. He would then later tag to Cena, Ziggler would then take control. He showed off before tagging to Swagger, who would take control after Cena returned a taunt to Ziggler and knocked him off the apron. On Commentary, it would be revealed that Swagger offered Zack a rematch when he was 100%. Cena would be isolated by Ziggler and Swagger. Ziggler would show off again before tagging to Swagger. Cena would set-up a hot tag after he hit Swagger with an AA, Swagger tagged Ziggler. Punk would build up some offense outside and after a kick to the head Swagger would break the count, this lead to Cena throqing Swagger out. Outside, Swagger attempted to put Cena in the ankle lock, but would be reversed into the STF. This distracted the ref, when Punk attempted to go up top for an elbow drop. Punk shoved the ref out the way. Lauranaitis distracted Punk, which allowed Ziggler to get the roll-up and win.

This was a good match, promoted the title match which I am looking forward to very much so. Although the ending on Punk's part was predictable, where Cena did surprise me. I believe it was adequate and believable from the beginning until Cena hit the AA, it went downhill from there.

Post match Punk would challenge Lauranaitis to a match that very night, to which Lauranaitis would accept.

Before CM Punk would take on Lauranaitis, John would receive a letter, which left him a bit confused from the news he received. Lauranaitis would read the letter out loud. To summarise, The board were unhappy with Lauranaitis announcing he will screw CM Punk and his GM position will be reviewed as well as his other position by Triple H next week. Lauranaitis  announced that Foley would be in the Rumble, he also said that he would call the match down the middle. Lauranaitis would revoke the match, and placed Otunga as his substitute. Otunga immediately attacked Punk, Punk would lock the anaconda vice on Otuna, who would tap immediately, he stared down Lauranaitis, before Kicking Otunga in the head, Lauranaitis tried to shake hands but instead received a GTS. Ziggler would hit the Zig Zag following this.

I believe that Lauranaitis makes too many mic slurs and when put into the GTS, he just hung there, didn't shake or anything. My opinion is if WWE are getting rid of Lauranaitis, it is because he is still not comfortable out in the ring and on the mic. If you notice backstage, he doesn't blush and talks with no mistakes, but out in front of the crowd, he is out of his comfort zone, and goes all red. The match would have been poor quality, I am glad it didn't take place and instead promoted the title match. I also believe Lauranaitis has served his purpose on RAW.

Backstage before Ryder would compete against Kane, Foley would give Ryder some advice on Kane. Cena would say that he would have his back, Ryder quickly replied saying to Cena that he does not want Cena helping, so he gets his title rematch.

The match between Ryder and Kane, which would be Kane's first match in which he actually competed in since his return. Ryder was quickly on the attack before Kane gained control with shots to the ribs, and a big boot sending Kane into the announce table. Kane would focus on Ryders ribs and lower back on the outside of the ring. Eve would show up at ring side while Kanr continued his attack. The fight led to the crowd where Kane would continue his attack, focusing again on the ribs. Zack would fight back but Kane would again focus on the ribs, leading up to the ramp. Kane would finish Ryder with a chokeslam through the stage. He then turned his attention to Eve who would back away. John Cena would appear on stage, which lead Kane to flee through the crowd.

I love how WWE fixes the stage, so no one stands on it, and has medical personnel out just like that. In reality Kane is not to blame, is is the people who set up. Ryder would not have fell through if they set it up. I also enjoy how the announce team work so well as they become quieter during this. Ryder getting put in an ambulance, is another way of promoting Cena vs Kane, and I am enjoying it now, as it makes a change to Kane's past rivals. Not as good as his rivalry with Stone Cold, Undertaker, Shane McMahon, RVD or MVP. Later it would be revealed that Ryder broke his back. This will leave him out of action for at least 2 years, if it was not story-lined, again WWE should pick a more believable injury, because Ryder will return sooner I guarantee it.

Jinder Mahal would try to change the mood after the Kane insident with a match with Sheamus. Jinder and Sheamus would exchangee strikes, Sheamus would gain control and land the Irish hand grenades. Wade Barrett came down during the match, taking Sheamus's focus of Jinder giving Mahal the upper-hand. Wade on commentary would announce that Randy would return this friday on Smackdown. Jinder would apply a light hold this allowed Sheamus to counter and land some offense. Mahal would counter the Celtic cross, but Sheamus would finish the match with a Brogue kick.

Randy Orton apparently suffered a hernia disk in his lower back. This will cause the individual severe pain and Randy would be out for a good 3 years. As this is story-lined, Orton is back a lot sooner. WWE should have given him a more believable injury. The match was quick and used to promote the rumble. Sheamus continued to showcase his momentum.I wish Jinder would do something to get himself out there. Smackdown he did just that. He could become a good heel, but needs to stop messing round with the mid popular talent. I believe after Wrestlemania, Jinder, provided he remains heel and in weekly programming, he should be eligible for a title.

Miz and R-Truth would have a backstage segement in which Miz would announce he woudl win the Rumble, and that he was number 1. R-Truth would interrupt. Saying he was Eric Fiesher, a WWE marketer. This was a gimmick to insult the Miz. They would begin bickering, Lauranaitis would add a stipulation to their match, making it loser recieves number one entrant in the Royal Rumble.

Truth and Miz would begin with exchanging moves, before R-Truth would lose control after placing Miz back in the ring. Miz would gain complete dominance after a sholder block knock Truth face first to the floor. Truth would counter an abdominal Stretch and build up some major offense, however all pins ended in 2 counts. Miz would counter with a backbreaker neckbreaker and would build up some offense, Truth would hit the Little Jimmy on Miz for the win.

The backstage was humorous for a 8 year old, which is what R-Truth has become, I was actually surprised that Miz lost, I thought that WWE would be promoting him for Elimination Chamber. Although this could be a way they are doing it, by leaving Miz in the rumble for sometime. The match was extremely good, by far the best match of the night.

William Regal joined Cole and Jerry on commentary, for Brodus vs Heath Slater in an obvious jobber match. Funkasaurus would giggle about and hit Slater with his t-bone suplex followed by the Aw Funk for the win. He then would finish with a dance session, as usual.

All I will say is Jobber and someone call his mama.

Chris Jericho came down to the ring, doing the same routine he had done before, but on the returning Highlight reel. He would grab a T-shirt gun with a T-shirt but did not fire, he grabbed the camera and filmed the crowd. He then showed a highlight of his career before finally speaking that the Royal Rumble will be the end of the world as we know it.

I thought that Jericho would ruin the WWE Championship match, this has changed my opinion completely. Jericho is now a Royal Rumble entrant. I know believe Jericho will win. My review of his highlight reel was good, But his announcement was the best part.

Overall I would rate this episode of RAW 6/10
1(Funkasaurus)
2(Royal Rumble promomania)
3(Kane dominates)
4(WWE championship promomania)
5(Jericho speaks!!)
6(Foley & Jericho in the rumble)

WWE Raw EP 974 Exclusive (Reviewed)

WWE exclusive caught up with a few people after RAW.

First was Mr Creativity himself, Mr John Lauranaitis. He appeared to ignore the crew at first, but would say that he just lost his cool, and would do the right thing at the Royal Rumble for business.

CM Punk was also questioned on his opinion of Mr Creativity's actions on Raw Episode 974, specifically announcing he would screw Punk. Punk said that he applauded that he showed his true colors, but didn't respect him as it was too little too late. He didn't respect him for firing some of Punks friends, Luke Gallows.

I will be looking forward to Royal Rumble, as WWE have never announced a referee screw job before the event. I wonder what will happen at Royal Rumble, but I count on CM Punk winning for the rivalry to continue.

Perez Hilton was Asked about his time in the ring, where he got "pushed" by a bella. He said that he enjoyed the match and didn't want the Bellas to cheat. He also would love to be back in the ring.

I am going to be honest, I never heard of the guy til RAW, and he should not be in the ring, he reacted poorly to a shove from the bellas, The bellas seem to be superheroes based on his reactions and it was poorly timed as well.

Mick Foley was interviewed about Johns Attack on him, but he choice to ignore it, they also asked him about the rumble. Mick stated that It was Lauranaitis's decision, although the WWE universe may change it. He commented that Dolph has a right to think that Guys like Foley have no right being in the Rumble, But Dolph shouldn't forget that is was guys like him who paved the way for guys like Dolph. He also stated that he enjoyed his brief match.

I would personally love Foley to be in the Rumble, I believe that WWE was scouting Foley to see how his in ring performance was.

Swagger Jagger (RAW Episode 974 Reviewed)

Monday Night Raw would begin with the hardcore legend Mick Foley coming down to the ring. He did his usual shenanigans and announced that he wanted to be one of the 30 men in the Royal Rumble. Dolph Ziggler would come down accompanied with Vikkie. Dolph would insult Mick Foley getting up in his face and demand he go away. This would lead CM Punk to come down and stick up for Mick, saying he would love to compete against Mick at Wrestlemania because he would defeat Dolph at Royal Rumble despite Lauranaitis being the referee for the championship match. This queued Mr Lauranaitis to announce that Mick Foley would not be in the Royal Rumble. This would leave Vikkie to cackle at Mick Foley and rub in the fact he would not be in the Rumble.

Air Boom would face PeR (Primo, Epico and Rosa the Mexican MnM) in a title rematch as PeR won the tag team championship at a WWE live event. The match featured multiple high flying moves from Evan Bourne and Epico, until Primo and Epico took control. A hot tag was set up after a frankenstiener delivered from Bourne sending Epico into Primo. Kofi began building momentum landing trouble in paridise on Epico, and tagging Evan for Air-Bourne, Primo would distract Bourne by throwing Kofi into the ring post, which allowed Epico to set up Bourne for the backstabber to win.

Zack Ryder would defend his US title against Jack Swagger. Zack had injured ribs from a chokeslam last week. Jack would dominate and reverse Zack by focusing on the lower back of Ryder. He would try to finish the match by a Gutwrench PowerBomb, however Ryder would kick out. Jack would hit another Gutwrench Powerbomb, but Ryder would kick out again. Swagger would land various elbows to the back, before hitting a third Gutwrench Powerbomb to win the championship. Backstage John Lauranaitis said that he apologized to Zack for letting him competing, Eve would bark out the flaw Lauranaitis made, But John would assert his role as an authority figure. Backstage John Cena came into Lauranaitis’s office upset over the match. John told John (Cena) that he should be more concerned about the Rumble, as he would face Kane one on one. However he and Swagger would compete that night.

John Cena vs Jack Swagger. John would just unload on Swagger , beating down on him bashing him into the ring post and announce table, Kicking Swagger while he was down, tossing him into steel stairs repeatedly. Cena would then intend on hitting a steel constairto (Conchairto lol), but Kane’s entrance went off, taking Cena’s attention of Swagger. Kane mearly said that Cena was embracing the hate and before they meet at the Rumble, Cena will have embraced the hate.

Celebrity blogger, Perez Hilton, would be the special guest ring announcer for the divas tag team match between Kelly Kelly & Alicia Fox vs The Bella twins.  The Bellas would gain the upper hand and attempt to use Twin magic, however Perez prevented this which caused the Bellas to lose. Post-match the Bellas would express how upset they were with Perez pushing him over. Kelly and Alicia would stand up for Perez, leaving the Bella’s to retereat.

R-Truth would come down to the ring for a promo, before he could say anything, Wade Barrett would interrupt. He again announced that he would be winning the Royal Rumble, he insulted R-Truth as a mental patient. R-Truth would return with his unique mic skills. Talking about Disney Land, showing a slide show of him with Disney characters such as Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Pinocchio. This allowed Miz to attack Truth from behind. Barrett would help Miz in attacking Miz, but this was a short attack as Sheamus would come down to clear the ring of the pair. Teddy Long would make this a match, an over the top rope battle royal.

The match began with the two sets of rivals, Miz and Truth, Sheamus and Barrett exchanging rights and stomping. Truth aided Sheamus in eliminating Barrett, Miz came along and helped him eliminate Barrett. Sheamus and R-Truth would both unload on Miz leaving him in the corner, while Sheamus and R-Truth would battle. Miz would then take advantage, throwing Truth over the rope, but landing on the apron. Sheamus would then dominate Miz setting him up for the Irish Hand Grenades. Sheamus would then attempt to eliminate Miz via the Brogue kick, missing and almost eliminating himself, Sheamus then caught Miz and attempted to throw Miz over the ropes, Truth would rush in and eliminate both Sheamus and Miz. Miz would be upset, yelling at Truth from outside. Sheamus would give Miz the Brogue Kick he deserved.
Funkasaurus Brodus Clay would have another jobber match against JTG but not before sporting down to the ring with his funky dance. He would play with JTG, shouting out Should I get him, Suplex, My Bad! He would end the match with his running Cross body. According to Michael Cole the running Cross body is called Ah Funky. He would conclude with a victory dance.

Backstage Chris Jericho would be announced as a participant in the 6 man tag team match main event match between CM Punk & Daniel Bryan vs David Otunga, Mark Henry & Dolph Ziggler.
Next we would hear from World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan about the condition of AJ, who suffered an injury from Big Show. Daniel stated that AJ was traumatized and would never be the same. He would insult show, before saying that he would make him pay if he showed his face on Smackdown again.
This lead to the main event Jericho would high five people and lap the ring numerous times before CM Punk came down to begin the match. The WWE Champion and his challenger would start off, CM Punk would gain the upper hand over Dolph, followed by tagging in to Daniel Bryan. Dolph would gain control with a Botch from D-Bry.  The team of Dolph, Henry and Otunga would make quick tags focusing on the leg that Daniel “injured” (to cover the botch). Daniel would finally tag back to CM Punk who would regain control of the match, until Otunga countered and tagged to Dolph would begin to dominate the champion.  CM Punk would set up a hot tag for Jericho, however was denied by Ziggler who dragged Punk back to his corner, where Otunga took control. CM Punk would counter a superplex from Otunga and followed up with a diving elbow for a hot tag, Jericho would be tagged in, he would pump the crowd up, and tag in D-Bry, and walk out of the arena, making the match a handicap match. D-Bry would set up another hot tag with Punk , who would build up some momentum on Ziggler, Mark Henry would break the cover up, and turn his attentions to D-Bry attacking him outside after D-Bry had angered him. Mick Foley would come down to the ring, as he would be CM Punks tag team partner. Ziggler would dominate Punk with high impact moves. CM Punk would then set up a hot tag with Foley who would unload on David Otunga, before hitting a double arm wrench DDT. Foley would then pull out Mr socko, and win the match via the mandible claw.
John Lauranaitis would come to the ring post-match, saying that he had not put Mick Foley in the match. He then reversed the decision announcing the winners being Dolph, Henry and Otunga. Punk would grab the mic and say that John sucked as a wrestler and that he was never as good as his brother who was one half of the road warriors, and that he ways jealous of Punk, and would screw Punk at Royal Rumble. He then proceeded to fake punch John, who would cower, then saying he was pathetic. Mick would rub it in, giving John a thumbs up. Lauranaitis would pick up the mic and say that he would soon be the permanent GM of RAW. Mick would interrupt him, asking him to admit to his intentions of screwing Punk and called him a suck up. John then announced he would screw CM Punk and then begin to say that he was sick and tired of being bullied and sick and tired of being unappreciated, he followed up by nailing Foley with the Mic to conclude RAW.

Overview:
I really enjoyed the main event, as Jericho left after being tagged LOL. Will. Foley came down and interfered, which was great, the only thing that ruined it was D-Bry botching a leapfrog. Tsk Tsk, D-By come on, been wrestling for over 10 years, bad.

The Divas match was just a promotion tool for Perez Hilton, the only thing good was The Bella’s hot attire.
Zack Ryder would lose his championship, I saw this coming as WWE needs more heel champions, and now they do. They have Swagger as US, this can be a great opportunity for WWE to make Swagger into a great heel, please don’t mess it up WWE, please use this to your advantage.(BTW did anyone hear after Jack screamed What’s my name? a kid replied douchbag lol.)

The second Heel champions are PeR, they are amazing in the ring as they combine cruiser-weight with tag team, which Air Boom do as well. A great ending as well, as I was shocked with the turnout. I assumed that PeR would win, but didn’t see that way.

Brodus is growing on me, a good gimmick, but does reinforce the PG.

I knew WWE would have Kane vs Cena at Royal Rumble, and now Cena is going a long like, embracing the hate. Can’t wait to Wrestlemania.

I am kinda happy with WWE, as they are promoting the Rumble like crazy, with numerous past match clips and matchs and segments. This will be a good one this year, I do wish that Foley was in the Rumble, I am having doubts about Barrett winning, as he has a lot of heat on him, but as do Sheamus, and now that D-Bry is heel, looks like Sheamus might be a better opponent.

I also enjoyed John Lauranaitis’s hissy fit at the end of RAW, LOL. He is getting better at being a GM, still stutters a bit on the mic, but this is the first time I believe that WWE has announced a screw via special referee, even though it was plainly obvious from the start, I wonder where this may be heading.

Overall I would rate this week’s episode 8/10
1 (Foley on RAW)

2 (Jericho on RAW)

4(Decent main event wrestling)

5(Swagger as Champion)
